All Court Low

Tennis.

Again, summer=warm warm=tennis sneaker.

Yet another clean tennis sneaker from Nike. Classic design with a classic colorway. You can't go wrong with a sneak like this. It's gonna look good with everything. Mainly because of the colorway but also because a low tennis sneaker has a profile that work very well with jeans.

If you like what you see you can just head over to caliroots.com and order a pair.

Tennis Classic AC ND

Freshy.

Being in the scorching sun at Melt makes you really appreciate a pair of thinner sneakers. Like this tennis sneaker from Nike.

Got back way to late last night from the festival. It was fun, but a lot of work. And when working 10 + hours a day in the heat and the sun you want something that isn't to warm on your feet. I was doing this in my Stan Smiths but if I had the cash I would like to have done it in a pair of these bad boys.

The design is clean and the colorway is also simple and clean. This is a pair of sneaks that will match with almost anything. Check out more pics at www.caliroots.com

Damn I'm tired, so tired I overslept and got woken up by my boss wondering where the fuck I was. Not the best start of a day. Tonight I'm going to bed early.

Air Max 90

Keep on keeping on.

Without a doubt the biggest trend in the sneakervers the last couple of years has been the runners. Here is the Air Max 90 in a new colorway.

Originally it was named Air Max III but in 2000 Nike changed it to 90, referring to the year it was first launched. First made purely as a running shoe it has not had a clear place with sneaker fans. But when Nike started to release re-makes in new and much cleaner colorways it found the place it has now. Sporty and relaxed but not directly connected to the basket and hip-hop culture.

These Air Max 90s have a mix of leather and mesh and are hopefully not to warm. With a colorway like this it's a really good looking sneaker. The only problem with the Air Max sneakers are that in bigger models they tend to look to big.

It's not often I wish I had smaller feet but when looking for Air Maxes I do.

Nike Air Force II High.

Nice Nike.

The colorway is not my cup of tee but the design of the sneaker is. Air Force II is just very clean.

It's simply a nice design. They really got it right when they did this one, making good use of lines and fabric. I especially like the patch on the heel (that in this colorway is black).

If you feel the urge to get a pair of these you need to order them from the English site www.jdsports.co.uk Because Nike is Nike and they like to make there sneakers exclusive by just releasing a specific model in only one store.

But still, clean sneak.

Dots Dynasty.

New Colorway.

Soon Nike is launching a very colorful colorway for their Dynasty High. This one with mainly blue dots and another with purple dots.

This picture doesn't really do this sneaker justice. The Dynasty High is a well design sneak, you just can't see it in this picture. It look much better when someone is wearing it. Hell, most high sneakers looks strange when the tongue is all laced up like that.

I like the colorway and the idea to have it colorful. It also seems like this is what the designers are going with. More and more colorful sneakers are popping up and it's probably gonna be even more. Might not be my style but it's fun to see.

At the moment you can only order these from Japan but it wouldn't surprise me if you see them in a Nike store close to you very soon.

Nike Dunk High AC

Perforated Leather Pack.

In a month or so Nike is gonna launch this pack consisting of a Dunk high, a Air Force 1 Low and a Toki all in white and all in perforated leather.

This is a straight up summer launch. It seems as if Nike has realized that people want white sneaks with that preppy canvas feel to it. And looking at the pictures you can see that they have done a good job. My favorite is clearly the Dunk. The Toki looks a bit strange in my opinion.

But Hey, to each is own.

Dunk High Premium

Shiny.

Another high sneak from Nike. And as we can see the colors of summer according to Nike is white and electric/neon. I like.

Ah, back to Monday. The weekend seem to go so fast. It always does. But I do have to apologize for the lack of posts last week. The reason for that was simple. Thursday last week was a day off and I thought that it's a bit weird not to go to work Thursday and come in on friday. I would have been stupid of me not to take friday off. By just taking one day I manage to stretch the weekend to four full days. I truly enjoyed it.

With that explained we can now take a look at the Dunk High Premiums. Simple sneaker but very clean. White is the best color for a sneak and when you combine it with a touch of bright color you get the best of two world. Bright, fun and playful just like the summer should be. A perfect choice for summer.

Nike Air Pegasus 89 White Antracite.

It's all about Air.

The Spring collections keep on coming. This Sneaker Monday gives you a look at Nike's latest releases. It looks good and it's clear that the runners will pick up more speed this year. It's all about the Nike Air models.

Last year the Nike Air and Air Max models made it back on the scene. Classic running shoes now seen as everyday sneakers. That is going to continue in this 2010. Not only has Nike released a number of clean runners this week but other brands are trying to do the same. The problem for the competition is that Nike really knows how to design these types of sneakers.

Just look at this Pegasus 89. Fresh from the factory, it looks really good. And all they have changed from the previous versions is two of the color details. So if you're thinking about a lower sneak for this spring then any of the new releases of Nike Airs and Air Max's will surly be a good decision.

Nike Tennis Classic.

Cleanliness is a virtue.

Sneaker Monday is here. This week a look at the classic Nike Tennis shoe.

This is Nikes answer to the Stan Smith. And it is a very good answer at that. The clean lines that is to be expected from a tennis shoe combined with the all present swoosh. This is a type example of a clean sneak. Clean lines and not to much. A shoe that will work with almost anything. And it can be worn at work as well as at a more fancy occasion.

Even if the stores now turn to more fall and winter designs the white sneak is always cool. It's not the warmest or most convenient option but that doesn't matter. No really. At least not if you live in a city.

Was your weekend just as hard as mine? I think I'm still hung over from Saturday night. But that is to be expected when hitting the WG-Partys. In The Weekend Wars there's no rules and all bets are of.

Stay tuned for a great week.
