Fixed Fixie.

Dangerous to the untrained but oh so well designed. The 028 from the Swedish company SSON is a graphic designers wet dream.

Since a couple of years the fixie bike has been the trendy way to get around town. For the one that is not into the whole bike thing, a fixie is a bike without gears and without brakes. Which means that you're pedaling all the time. Needless to say it's not for beginners.

The thing with fixies is that they don't have any extras which normally makes them very clean. This 028 from SSON is a type example of that. Black, white and steel. Now that's a sure fire way to ride in style. Now the price is high, but again the lack of unnecessary shit should make it last pretty long.

But before you go to caliroots.com and order one, make sure that they are legal in your country. Here in Germany you have to put normal breaks on there or you are gonna get pulled over.
